BEACH RULES
1. Animals: Dogs and other household pets are not allowed on the beach or on the grass at any time.
2. Vehicles should be parked at the top of the hill, leaving the driveway clear for loading/unloading, launching, or access by emergency vehicles. The gate to the driveway must be locked at all times. If you unlock the gate for access you must lock it up when you leave. For the combination to the lock please contact the President or a Director.
3. Horseplay: Not safe at any time. This includes pushing on the float, swimming under the float, throwing sand, trespassing on others' property or boats. It also includes any actions which affect the enjoyment of the beach by other residents, such as loud music or other noisy gatherings.
4. Cleanliness: It is the responsibility of all who use the beach or the waterfront to properly dispose of their trash when they leave.
5. Boats: All watercraft must stay well clear of the float and swimming area. All motorized watercraft must be registered in accordance with New York State regulations and must comply with the 10 (ten) horsepower limit prescribed by Town ordinance.
6. Fishing: Not allowed in the swimming area.
7. Beach Closing: No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the beach after dark except as approved by the President of The Two Lakes Club.
8. Guests: All guests must be accompanied by a resident member in good standing in The Two Lakes Club.
9. Boat Storage: Boats and trailers may be stored on Club property subject to the following conditions.
THESE RULES WILL BE ENFORCED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE I SECTION II,
AND ARTICLE VII, OF THE BY-LAWS OF THE TWO LAKE CLUB, INC.
ANY VIOLATIONS OF THESE RULES SHOULD BE REPORTED TO AN OFFICER OR DIRECTOR OF
THE CLUB.
