July 4th Picnic - Sunday, july 4th @ 1:00PM

Our annual Independence Day Picnic is scheduled for Sunday, July 4th, starting at 1:00PM.  Out of an abundance of caution with regards to COVID, this year's picnic will not be a potluck as we have traditionally done.  We ask that all families planning to attend and celebrate with their neighbors bring their own picnic lunches, and the Two Lake Club, Inc. board will provide beverages (with straws) and individually wrapped cookies for dessert.  If you have any questions regarding the picnic, don't hesitate to be in touch with us at  We hope to see you by the lake!

The Two Lake Club will be holding a two day sale of abandoned boats left at our waterfront for a number of years.  Details for the sale are as follows:

Day 1: Two Lake Club Members Only - Wed. June 30th from 5:30 - 8:00PM
Day 2: Open to the Public - Fri. July 2nd from 5:30 - 7:30PM

Sale to be held at the lake. Two Lake Club members can pay by cash or check made out to the Two Lake Club, Inc.

Members of the public must pay in cash.

All boats will be pre-priced.  Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Annual Meeting

An annual meeting is held in April every year to elect four to six directors for three year terms and to approve the annual budget.  Directors appoint the Two Lake Club officers.

Community Events

The Two Lake Club typically holds community events during the year for residents to encourage friendship, fellowship and neighborly interactions.  However, no events were planned during 2020 due to current events and restrictions related to coronavirus pandemic.  With luck, the Club hopes to resume holding community events in 2021.

Our annual bulk garbage pick-up will take place on Wednesday, June 16th.  Please be mindful of the following guidelines when determining what you will dispose of:

  • Don’t use this pickup for anything that your carter will accept in your regular weekly collection(s)

  • Give away or donate anything that can be reused

  • No household chemicals (paints, etc.)

  • No yard waste (leaves, old mulch, etc.)

  • No construction debris (broken boards/beams, etc.)

  • No electronic waste (printers, computers, etc.). Lewisboro collects e-waste at Recycling Center behind the Town House (11 Main St) Saturdays 9:00AM – 12:00PM

You can start putting things out the weekend before the pickup – at the end of your driveway or along the street in front of your house.

Throughout the year, members in good standing are welcome to use the beach front for swimming and entertaining as well as for social and civic engagement.
